Farhana is a Creative Producer and Director with over a decade of experience in the media and content production industry. She specialises in translating ambitious ideas into high-impact campaigns across broadcast, digital, and social platforms, combining strong creative direction with strategic production leadership.

Known for her ability to oversee productions from concept through delivery, Farhana leads projects across multiple disciplines including directing, producing, and editing. Her work sits at the intersection of storytelling, creative strategy, and efficient production workflows — allowing her to develop content that is both visually compelling and strategically effective.

Throughout her career, Farhana has collaborated with international brands, production houses, government agencies, and non-profit organisations, working across regional markets and multicultural teams. Her experience across Singapore and international productions has given her a strong cultural intelligence that allows her to craft narratives and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.

Farhana began her career at Mediacorp, Singapore’s national broadcaster, where she spent more than six years producing integrated promotional campaigns for major entertainment programmes, national cultural initiatives, and regional co-productions with Malaysia and Indonesia. During her time there, she led the production of numerous on-air campaigns, directed interviews with high-profile personalities and public figures, and consistently delivered a high volume of promotional content while maintaining strong creative quality.

She later expanded her work internationally, collaborating with agencies, brands, and production partners across Asia, Europe, and Australia. As a freelance Creative Producer and Director since 2017, she has led concept-to-delivery productions for television, social media, and branded campaigns.

​

Her collaborations include producing branding films and campaigns for Mediacorp programmes with White Space Pictures, including major tentpole projects such as Hari Raya, Berani Nyanyi, Pesta Perdana, Pradhana, Warna, and RIA Wave. These productions have received international recognition, including awards at the New York Film & TV Festival and Promax Asia.

Farhana has also worked with organisations such as MIJ Hub, where she developed a network of over 500 key opinion leaders (KOLs) and successfully supported fundraising campaigns that raised over SGD $5 million within three months. She has also partnered with Mosaic Connections to lead social media and content production for cross-cultural programmes across Australia and the ASEAN region, achieving significant growth in audience engagement and programme applications.

Most recently, Farhana worked with global advertising agency MullenLowe Singapore, producing social-first campaigns and television commercials for global beauty, sports, wellness, and government brands. She managed multinational productions with budgets ranging from SGD 50,000 to EUR 900,000 while coordinating production teams across multiple countries including Jakarta, Seoul, Milan, and Cape Town.

With her combined expertise in creative direction, production strategy, and cross-market collaboration, Farhana continues to develop impactful content that bridges creativity and meaningful storytelling across platforms.
