Haikhal Fuad is a Singapore-based director, cinematographer and Technical Director with over 15 years of experience in broadcast and commercial productions.

His journey into filmmaking began unexpectedly in front of the camera, working as a talent and model for commercials and smaller indie projects. At the age of 22, while involved in a production for HDB, he witnessed the scale and coordination of a full professional film crew for the first time. That experience sparked a deep curiosity about the craft behind the lens and ultimately shaped the direction of his career.​
Haikhal began his creative career as a photographer, gaining valuable hands-on experience while building a network within the industry. During this period, he further developed his craft through courses at NAFA & industry mentors before gradually moving into larger commercial productions and broadcast projects.

Since 2014, Haikhal has been actively involved in numerous productions and festive campaigns for Mediacorp, contributing to both broadcast and digital content seen by audiences across Singapore. His work spans a wide range of formats including television programmes, promotional campaigns, corporate films and digital content.

In 2024, the project Berani Nyanyi? (The Most Daring Show is Back) received a Bronze World Medal for Art Direction at the New York Festivals TV & Film Awards, recognising the creative excellence of the production.

Today, as Co-Founder and Technical Director of White Space Pictures, Haikhal oversees many of the company’s productions, guiding projects from concept through execution while leading production teams on both creative and technical aspects of filmmaking.
​
Beyond production work, he is also passionate about nurturing new talent. Through Internum Studios, a sister company under White Space Pictures, Haikhal mentors young creatives and helps them navigate both the creative and business realities of building a career in the media industry.
